Just a quick note to thank you and your family for the wonderful ten years of renting your house on Revere Ave in Atwater Village. The house is nearly 100 years old but was in great shape; both inside and out. Any problems that occurred were fixed asap by your father or a repair person you hired right away. Another bonus was having you live next door. I always felt things were safe whenever I left, whether for a day at work or a weeks long vacation. It was a great home for myself and the "kids" Kate and Buddy.
